Our Vision for Groups & Classes
At St. Michael, we believe in the transformative power of community. Our Community Groups and classes are designed to provide meaningful connections and spiritual growth. Whether through studying God’s Word or connecting in Christian community there’s a place for you here.
Bible Study Groups
Delve into the Scriptures and deepen your understanding of God’s Word. Community grows and deepens as these groups explore faith topics in depth.
Connect Groups and Ministry Groups
Gather to connect with others based on common interests, geography, or life stage for fellowship, prayer, and support as we grow in community and in scripture to be more like Christ. Connect Groups are smaller, more intimate groups that often meet at a home and Ministry Groups would be larger demographic groups such as youth, men’s, or women’s ministry.
- These groups often become lifelong connections and are important anchors throughout our various seasons of life.
- Groups may meet once a week, every two weeks, or once a month. Each group forms its own schedule.
Classes
Throughout the year St. Michael offers classes to grow in living out our lives as followers of Jesus. These classes explore topics such as finances, parenting, mental health and more. There are always new classes being offered so be sure to check back often to see what opportunities are available.

Why Join a Group?
Each group at St. Michael offers a unique pathway to experiencing connection with Jesus through intentional Christian community. By joining, you’ll find fellowship, explore your faith, and have the opportunity to impact the lives of others positively.
Getting Started
If you’re looking to join a group, have an idea for a new one, or have other questions, our Director of Belonging, Celine Newman, is here to guide you. Together, we’ll find the right fit for you or help you start a group that reflects your passion.
Commitment
Your engagement in a group or class can vary, but the essence lies in consistent participation. For fellowship-oriented groups, regular attendance helps in building lasting relationships. In service groups, your commitment directly contributes to fulfilling important needs.
Leading a Group
Are you feeling called to lead? We welcome new leaders to guide our community in connection, learning, and service. Leading a group is a rewarding experience, providing you with support, training, and the joy of bringing people together.
